“I had an issue with the climate control in my Kia EV6 and, after being told by another Kia garage that I’d have to wait three weeks, I contacted Keanes in Roscommon and the team here. The difference in service was exceptional. They prioritised the issue, had me booked in within two days, replaced the faulty part under warranty and kept me informed throughout. The car was only in the garage for a few hours before I had it back. What impressed me most was how helpful and accommodating they were, despite the fact that I hadn’t originally bought the car from them. They genuinely seemed to care about getting me sorted. Exceptional service from Tristan and the entire team. I’ll definitely be returning when it’s time to change my car in a few years. Highly recommended.”
